- About Me
- I am an improvisational dancer, photographer, artist, and Pilates teacher.
- My Life as a Dancer
- I have danced freeform all my life and did not do well at structured dance like ballet or tap. I continued to dance from a pure right brain connection to music . I just allowed my body to move to whatever the music presented. late in my life I became aquainted with a movement modality that focued on attitudes of music, body and mind and I knew that path would lead me to understanding my somatic unique form of movement. I dance almost everyday for hours. and the Pilates keeps me in really good shape.
- My Hopes and Dreams
- I have developed an understanding of the neurological implications of dance and would like to share with a larger audience these important doorways from the body into the mind and quantum field of creation.
