About Me: I am a founding member of the "SYNCOPATIONS" Dance Troupe from central New Jersey. My husband recently underwent a heart transplant...YES a NEW heart! During the many months of waiting for a donor match and driving back and forth daily to the hospital in Philadelphia...the one and only thing that kept me going as the caregiver...was being able to have my dance classes to look forward to in the evenings when I returned home...alone and very frightened. I no longer had a partner to dance with...but thanks to Donna and Joel Muroff who created our Ballroom Line Dance classes...I did not need a partner! The offshoot of the classes is our Troupe...an amazing group of talented seniors who give their time to perform our routines at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, etc. I am now all about "giving back" for the extraordinary blessing we have received...a NEW heart and a NEW life...and dancing for these most appreciative audiences warms MY heart!! Keep Dancing...everyone!!

It was always only a dream to one day dance on "BROADWAY"...and today WE MADE IT (it only took 63 years)...thanks to GOTTA DANCE!!
