I'm so glad to see how all of you gentlemen feel about boys dancing. Now if we could just get the message out. Any ideas?

I know I didn't get involved in dance when I was young cause it was considered girly, and my father would have never allowed it. It's a shame, because I'm having a heck of a time doing it now!

Convince dads that the way sons end up on shows like 'So you think you can dance' and more 'masculine' forms of dance- is through taking lessons at a young age.

I think it also helps to have classes at studios that are for boys only- although that sounds ridiculous (and I think it is) it would convince some parents that what their sons are doing is acceptable.

I think dance is cool but not waltzing or anything like that. Breaking on the floor is where it's at.

I saw this movie at the Beekman Theater in NYC. After the movie, I shared secrets with the gals there: 1. I got in for a senior price, even though I'm only 62. 2. Can you be gay and join your group? They said Yes, to both of these things.
