Oakland celebrated Cinco de Mayo with the inaugural Cinco de Mayo Dance Festival held at Jack London Square. The festival featured dancing horses, bands, low rider cars, Ballet Folkloric, Turf Dance Battle, an Open Dance Style Competition and more.
